Subscription Agreement – HuonLeads

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase and use of any paid subscription plans offered by HuonLeads (“HuonLeads”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Agreement supplements and forms part of our [Terms of Use]. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. This Agreement should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
We may offer one or more subscription plans with different features, usage limits, and pricing (“Subscription” or “Plan”).
Details of each Plan (including price, billing period, and included features) will be shown at sign-up or in your dashboard.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees associated with your Subscription.
Fees are typically charged in advance for each billing period (e.g., monthly or annually), unless otherwise stated.
You agree to keep your payment information current and accurate.
All fees are quoted and payable in the currency indicated at checkout. Taxes (such as sales or value-added tax) may be added where required by law.
Your Subscription begins on the date you first purchase it and continues for the initial term specified (e.g., month, year).
Unless you cancel before the end of the current term, your Subscription will automatically renew for successive terms at the then-current rates.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until then.
Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Any such offers are subject to their own terms and may automatically convert to a paid Subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel as instructed.
Your Subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the subscribed features of the Services, subject to:
Our Terms of Use, including the Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms
We may monitor your use of the Services for compliance with these terms, including usage limits and prohibited activities.
We may suspend or terminate your Subscription and/or access to the Services if:
You fail to pay any fees when due;
You violate this Agreement, our Terms of Use, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law; or
We are required to do so by law or a governmental authority.
Where reasonable, we will provide notice before suspension or termination.
We may modify our Plans and pricing from time to time. If we increase fees or materially reduce included features for your existing Subscription, we will provide you with notice in advance. Your continued use after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new pricing or features.
If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your Subscription before the changes take effect.
We collect and process personal information related to your Subscription and use of the Services according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
By purchasing and using a Subscription, you acknowledge that our processing of your information is governed by those policies.
If there is any conflict between this Subscription Agreement and our Terms of Use regarding Subscription-specific matters (e.g., billing, renewal, refund), this Agreement will control for those matters. For all other issues, the Terms of Use govern.
