This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out rules that apply to your use of the Services provided by HuonLeads (“HuonLeads”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

    • Infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others.

    • Upload or distribute content that you do not have the right to share.

  3. Abuse or harass

    • Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others.

    • Promote hate, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups.

  4. Spread harmful content

    • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or any related systems.

  5. Spam or unsolicited communications

    • Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.

    • Use the Services to send communications without proper consent, including SMS, where required by law and carrier rules.

  6. Misuse SMS or A2P messaging

    • Send messages that violate carrier policies, including:

      • Illicit content, phishing, or scams

      • Deceptive or misleading sender identity

      • Unsolicited bulk messages without opt-in

    • Ignore or override opt-out requests (e.g., stop messaging users who reply STOP).

  7. Attempt unauthorized access

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.

    • Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or authentication measures.

  8. Resell or misuse the Services

    • Resell, lease, or provide the Services to third parties in a way not authorized by us.

    • Use automated means (bots, scripts, scraping tools) to access or extract data from the Services, except as explicitly allowed.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that any content or campaigns you run using the Services (including SMS and email) comply with this AUP, our Terms of Use, our Subscription Agreement, and all applicable laws and carrier rules.

  • You are responsible for honoring consent, opt-in, and opt-out requirements for recipients of your messages.

  • You must promptly update your contact information and account details so we can reach you with important notices.

4. Enforcement

We may take any action we deem appropriate if we believe you have violated this AUP, including:

  • Issuing warnings or requesting changes

  • Removing or disabling access to content

  • Limiting, suspending, or terminating your access to the Services or your Subscription

  • Reporting suspected illegal activity to authorities

Our decision on whether there has been a violation of this AUP will be final and binding.

5. Relationship to Other Policies

This AUP does not limit any rights or remedies we may have under the Terms of Use, Subscription Agreement, Privacy Policy, or Cookie Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.
